- A copy of the ARTURO FUENTE From Dream to Dynasty book by Aaron Sigmond, photography by Ian Spanier and published Assouline.
- VOL I and VOL II: Two boxes of cigars designed to look like a stand alone book volume containing 11 cigars each.
